BIG on Care, Big on Cure
Minimally Invasive Surgery is also known as laparoscopic surgery or “keyhole” surgery. These are minimally invasive procedures aimed to reach internal organs through very small incisions with the help of dedicated camera and equipment. For the Minimally invasive procedures, the surgeon inserts a thin, flexible tube with a video camera through a small incision or a natural orifice like the mouth or anal cavity. The tube has a channel to utilise surgical instruments, which the surgeon uses while viewing the organs on a computer monitor while performing surgical procedures.
Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS), also known as laparoscopic surgery or minimally invasive techniques, is a surgical approach that offers several advantages over traditional open surgery. In MIS, surgeons perform procedures through small incisions using specialized instruments and advanced technology, allowing them to see inside the patient's body with the help of a camera or endoscope.
